Porter High School Band Prep Days!

Spartan Band Parents:

Mark your calendar for band prep days! EVERY band member will need to attend along with at least ONE PARENT/GUARDIAN.

During your assigned time students will be processed through all administrative activities to include:

  • Uniform fitting
  • Fit for shoes
  • Pick up fundraising information
  • Payment of fees
    • (if you weren't able to make a payment at May band registration or are on a payment plan)
  • Complete required forms
    • (if you haven't completed the required forms at May's registration)
  • Ordering optional items
    • (theme shirts, booster shirts, game day dinners, etc…)
  • Optional photo orders
    • (including photo buttons, etc.)

******Any band member that needs new marching shoes and was not fitted in June will need to attend on August 11 from 9am-1pm. This is in addition to the student’s assigned time for uniform fittings. This is the only time a shoe representative will be on site to take orders. Our MTX Viper shoes are approximately $40 and will need to be paid at the time of fitting. (Exact price is listed on our supplies form) If you have questions or cannot attend your fitting session please contact any band booster officer.
