Our Mulch Order Form is two steps

 1.  Submit the form to the right so we have all your details

 2.  Payment:   a:  Credit Card - Use the link to pay for your order 

                        b:  Check/Cash - Give to the person you placed the order with or drop off at Porter High

                                                    School front office in an envelope addressed to Porter Band

                                                    Boosters.  To mail a check contact info@porterspartanband.org and

                                                    we will provide you the address.

What is the purpose of the fundraiser?

  • To support the Porter High School Marching Band Program.  The band has earned first division ratings and has advanced to the UIL State Marching Band Competition the last two years.  The funds that we raise help support the costs of keeping our band program competitive and successful.  We need the support of our community to continue to advance the musical education of our kids by supporting our fundraising activities.

What products are available?

  • BLACK MULCH - Weed Suppression and Moisture Retention, most commonly used as it gives the appearance of soil
  • RED MULCH - Weed Suppression and Moisture Retention, brings attention to your landscape beds and adds vibrancy to red brick homes
  • CEDAR MULCH - Weed Suppression and Moisture Retention, Resistant to mold & mildew, Repels, Kills or can Inhibit insects such as termites, cockroaches, cloth-eating moths, carpet beetles and certain ants.

What is the cost?

  • Each bag is $5 for a 2cu ft. bag
  • Delivery is available for all purchases, orders of 9 bags or less will incur a delivery fee of $10
  • Pickup is also an option at Porter High School on distribution day

What is the last day to order?

  • February 22nd

When will the orders be delivered/available for pickup?

  • ​March 7th
  • We will leave the bags either on the Porch or Garage based on selection
  • Pickup orders will be available at Porter High School

Who do I contact with questions?

Will I get a reminder email?

  •  We will send out two emails, one a few weeks before the March 7th distribution date and two the week of distribution outlining and additional details.

What if I am not available or out of town the day of distribution?

  •  No problem, we will leave the bags at your home at the location you indicated
  •  If you selected pickup you will need to change your option to delivery or name another person to pickup your order.  To make changes to your order please contact info@porterspartanband.org

What if I need to request a refund?

  •  Please contact Lisa Brittingham at treasurer@porterspartanband.org
  • Refunds are subject to a 5% restocking fee and will only be available before February 22nd
