Leadership Requirements


  • All 12 major scales one octave from P. 42 of the Foundations book passed off to me.
  • 5 letter of Recommendation Forms from 5 different CURRENT teachers.
  • Interview with the band directors

Applications for the 2018 Leadership Team has closed.

To be considered for a leadership position, students must show over the course of their time in band that they are consistently exhibiting leadership qualities.  

Some of the considerations for leadership candidates are as follows:


- Consistently passing all classes

- Consistently attending ALL scheduled rehearsals

- Consistently showing a high level of musicianship on thier instrument

- Consistently showing a high level of discipline and character in all classes

- Consistently going above and beyond for the betterment of the overall band program.
